Our story

Why We Host The Polar Dip

We are proud to support the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides, who provide specially trained assistance dogs to Canadians in Need – completely free of charge.

Their programs include dog guides for the visually impaired, hearing dog, service dogs for mobility challenges, autism assitance dogs, seizure response dogs, diabetic alert and facility support dogs.
Through this event, our community has helped sponsor 4 dogs, and raise more than $16,000 since 2018 (amazing, right?) making a real difference in the lives of Canadians and their families.
We are honoured to support this incredible foundation and the life-changing work they do.
