You Make Service Possible

Behind every service project, event, program and initiative is the generous support of our community. Fundraising allows us to turn ideas into action and continue our mission of serving those in need. We are proud to be part of Lions Club International, a global, member-funded organization dedicated to service.

Because our administrative costs are covered through annual dues paid by our members, means 100% of the funds we raise from the public go directly back to the public – always!
Every dollar and volunteer hour supports programs that make a real difference. Whether it’s through local projects, youth program or other initiatives that strengthen our community.  Thank you for supporting the TIny Township Lions!

Thank-You Delta Bingo

Support from Charitable Gaming

Our members volunteer their time at Charitable Gaming at Delta Bingo Penetanguishene throughout the year.  In return, our club receives a portion of the gaming proceeds and 100% of those funds received goes directly back into local projects, keeping the impact right here in our communities.
When you play, organizations, like ours, benefit! We are truly grateful for this fundraising opportunity which helps make our service possible.

LCIF Grants

Through the Lions Clubs International Foundation (LCIF) Lions clubs like ours can access a wide range of grant programs that expand our ability to serve. These grants support major community projects, such as building facilities or purchasing essential equipment, and they provide funding in critical areas like vision care, hunger relief, youth programs and disaster response.

These grants give Lions the tools to enhance our service locally and globally, ensuring Lions are there for our community when it matters most.

In 2024, what the combined efforts of Lions across Ontario, we helped secure funding for a new accessible minibus for CNIB Lake Joe through an LCIF Matching Grant. We were proud to support this campaign.  Together with the Lions of District A-12 we raised over $40,000 towards the project more than half of what was needed to secure the grant, demonstrating the strength of local support and the real impact that LCIF-backed projects can have right here at home.

The minibus project is an example of LCIF funds making a meaningful difference for those living with vision loss or low vision in our communities.

Want to support projects like these? Canadians can donate through the Lions of Canada Fund for LCIF, which provides official Canadian Tax receipts for contributions.
